On February 16, 2024, the meeting of the Andalusian Platform for Biomodels and Resources in Genome Editing took place in Antequera. During the event, O. Genilloud, representing the Action Line 3 of the Complementary Plan for Biotechnology applied to Health, highlighted the opportunities and synergies with the Andalusian biomodels platform, as well as the features of EU-OPENSCREEN and their libraries. The initiative for the acquisition of academic compounds was also discussed, emphasizing the importance of integrating resources to advance preclinical research. This meeting strengthens collaboration and the development of innovative tools in the fields of biotechnology and genome editing.
